This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Stand-alone mode, all relevant patient data can be entered directly into the tool and the summary of care document attached. For the integrated mode the client is instructed to make sure the necessary details for any interface with another vendor are worked out prior to implementation.
